Smokey Balsamic Ketchup

Balsamic and paprika add a great new smokey, tangy flavor to your regular ketchup.  It is similar to a BBQ sauce, but it still has enough ketchup so it is not overpowered by the rest of the ingredients. This recipe is really easy and only takes about 5 minutes to make.  All you need to do is pop it in the microwave for a few minutes, stir, and let it cool down and there you go!

Ingredients
1 Cup of your favorite ketchup
1/3 Cup of aged balsamic, or whichever kind you            prefer
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Honey or sugar
1/4 Tsp Cayenne
1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all of these ingredients together.  Place in the microwave for a minute or two, until the mixture boils.  Stir the mixture again and place in a container, put the mixture in the refrigerator. If you feel weird about using the microwave, simply place over the stove top on low until the mixture is all incorporated.
