Spiked Mimosa

This Mimosa packs an extra punch for either a celebration or just an especially tough morning.

1 shot vodka
1/2 shot triple sec
about 1/2 cup orange juice
about 1/2 cup pineapple juice

First add ice to your cocktail shaker.  Add the vodka and the triple sec.  Add half orange juice and half pineapple juice until the shaker is almost full.  Shake until combined and pour into your glass.  Leave about 1 to 2 inches at the top of your glass and then top with chilled champagne.
