Classic bleu cheese dressing and dipping sauce recipe using the hidden valley buttermilk dressing packet.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup butter milk
1 clove garlic
1 packet Hidden Valley Buttermilk Dressing
8 oz bleu cheese
4 green onions chopped
salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor combine half of the bleu cheese, garlic, butter milk, hidden valley packet, and mayo.
Blend until smooth.
Add the rest of the bleu cheese, green onions and season with salt and pepper. Let sit over night or for at least an hour before serving.
