Eggs Benedict Breakfast Sandwich

This was like a new age egg mcmuffin.  The hollandaise sauce is awesome on this sandwich and is perfect with the chopped asparagus, fried egg, and ham.


1 egg
1 english muffin
hollandaise sauce
1 piece of roasted asparagus, chopped into bite size pieces

Set a toaster oven or oven to 400 degrees.  Put a little hoolandiase sauce on each side of the english muffin and put the ham on once side and the asparagus on the other.  Toast for about 5 minutes until warm and gettting crisipy

Fry the egg over easy so the yolk is still runny.  Put the egg on top of the ham and then complete the sandwich with the asparagus.

Best egg mcmuffin i've ever had.
