1 bunch of asparagus
1 tbl olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Snap the thick ends of the asparagus off.
Toss in the garlic, oil, salt and pepper.
Place on a roasting pan lined with aluminum foil.
Cook for about 10 minutes and then turn, they should be getting nice golden brown marks on them.
Cook for another 5 minutes or until they are very soft and have some good charring on them, but not burnt.
