Roasted Tomato Pesto Dressing

This is a thick, delicious salad dressing and you can never seem to get enough.  It goes great with almost any salad.

Ingredients

1/4 cup roasted tomato pesto aioli
3 tbl extra virgin olive oil
black pepper and salt to taste

All you have to do is whisk the olive oil into the aioli.  Season to your liking with pepper and salt.
