Ingredients- enough for 2 sandwiches
4 pieces of your favorite bread
2 large pieces of romaine lettuce
6 ounces of chorizo
1 tbl vegetable oil
poblano herb crema
Toast your bread until it is crispy. Heat a frying pan to medium heat and and add 1 tbl of vegetable oil. When it is hot add the chorizo and saute until golden and crispy.
Cut the avocado in half. When the bread is hard and crusty smash half of the avocado on one half of the sandwich. Add the chorizo. Top with the crema and finish it off with the romaine.
