You can use these mushrooms for the meat of a sandwich, a topping on a pizza or burger, or even in a salad. Try not to flip them so they get a golden crust on them.
Ingredients
2 large portobellos, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp salt
ground black pepper
1 tbl fresh thyme
1 tbl olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl toss the mushrooms in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Line the slices of mushroom up on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping half way through.
